Show and Tell Tuesday

Welcome to this week’s Show and Tell Tuesday!

Remember when Allison sent a picture of her new baby, Robert, last November? 🙂

Well, wait ’til you see him, now! The little guy has grown so much.

A couple of weeks ago, I received a note with more recent photos and I fell in love at first glance! Isn’t he absolutely darling?!?!

There was just no way I could choose which photos to post – each one is sweeter than the last – so I made collages!

Allison says: “The picture with the white hat and car seat straps is my husband’s favorite! He has it as the wallpaper on his phone. Robert hates the hat and used to hate the car seat, too. He used to cry when he got strapped in but now he finds that going places is fun and interesting! He is about to wail in that picture, I think it is really funny.”

“He DOES NOT like the flash!! He kind of looks like a deer caught in the headlights in some of them! The camera takes much better pictures than the cell phone, but I always have my phone with me and never the camera. These are all pretty new, within the past few weeks or so. The ones from the phone are older. He is such a good sweet baby!! We all adore him!!! His 6 month check up went great! He is 16 lbs 6 oz, and 26″ long. Still just 25th percentile but perfectly healthy! We think he is huge, though!”

Thank you so much, Allison.

Sending big hugs to your sweet little boy! 😀

  1. Thank you for sharing Allison, he is absolutely adorable. My favorite photo is the one with the big smile, and I like the one where he is in the swing and you above him. I’m so glad he is a happy, healthy baby boy.

    Crystal,
    How was the shopping?

    Today’s celebrations
4/19 National Hanging Out Day (created to demonstrate how it is possible to save money and energy by using a clothesline) it supposed to rain and storm today, no celebrating for me.
4/19 Oklahoma City Bombing Commemoration Day
4/19 National Hiring Day (National Hiring Day for McDonald’s franchises all over the country)
4/19 Garlic Day ( I will be making garlic bread with cheese for dinner tonight, its one of our favorites)

  2. Oh Kelly!
I don’t think I’ve ever had garlic bread with cheese added – but I’ll bet it’s DELICIOUS! 🙂

It will sound boring – but we were shopping for clothes. Our casual things are getting a little too casual-looking! lol
Then we went to one of our favorite places for dinner. Sir Beads had the ribs and I had baked ziti with chicken and cheese!

  3. OMGosh Allison. Your son is so beautiful ! and a ham for the camera too!! Those big blue eyes are gonna drive the girls wild some day.

I’ll pause to remember the Oklahoma bombing. I remember that day well with vivid images and shock and horror.

Cheese!! I can put some kind of cheese on everything. I’ll have to pass today because last night we had parmasan cheese garlic bread that I buttered and topped with mozzarella and melted in the oven and ummmmm good! I never met a dish that I couldn’t put cheese on. And did I ever tell you about my grilled cheese sandwiches that I put every kind of cheese that I have in the house on. Ok, I’ll stop now because there are always at LEAST 4 kinds of cheeses in the frig.

I’ve been trying to shop for clothes. The colors are so drab! I want some color!! Saving my $$ till I find it. But glad you had a nice day. Can you believe its Easter Week?
    Have a great day all.
    xx, Carol

  4. What a cutie!! Adorable photos of him. It is hard to pick out a favorite.

Oh Crystal… how did you make those photo collages? I love how you arranged Robert’s pictures.

  5. OMG!!

I have PSE7. I bought it at Best Buy a couple years ago. I installed it but it scared me. So I just continued using the older version that came with my PC.

Now I am going to try it. Thanks so much.

  6. Thanks for all of the sweet comments!

He is such a sweet baby and we feel so blessed.
