Making Memories

Is it Friday, already?

I’m not finished with stuff I had to do this week!

Oh well πŸ˜‰

I hope you’ve had at least a few days of the glorious autumn weather that we’ve been experiencing here on the east coast.

Our leaves are more colorful by the hour, and the fresh air, azure skies, and moderate temperatures have us in a very celebratory mood!

During this time of year, it’s a New England tradition to make a day of going to an orchard to pick apples, select pumpkins and stock up on delicious cider!

Recently, Clenna and her grandchildren did just that! Thank you Clenna for sharing the pictures with us!

How fortunate Clenna is to have such sweet grandkids!

And how lucky are those kids? Their grandmother is helping them to create special memories…. memories they’ll carry in their hearts for the rest of their lives. πŸ™‚

Enjoy your weekend, everyone!

May it be fun, yet relaxing . . .

with a little excitement, but with time to dream!

Let’s all meet back here on Monday to report on our adventures, ok? πŸ˜‰

Hugs,

  1. Good Morning
Sharing Clenna’s pics makes me feel like I just stopped by to share a cup with you all! I love it. I can see that you are my kind of Grandma, Clenna.

I don’t think I’m in for much adventure this weekend, unless you count a trip to the cable office to pic up boxes that we must have in order to view more than 3 channels.

I plan to create art for sure this weekend. I’ll report back.

Have a terrific weekend. Somebody, please do something cool!!

  2. Morning Crystal!

    Clenna- Those are lovely pictures!

Boy do I miss when my lil one was that young! now shes already in junior high! I picked up pumpkins today we are going to carve them tommorrow, its one of our yearly traditions with my sisters and family! Even my sister comes home from college to help since she loves the pumpkin seeds, its one of my favorite things that we do as a family each year!

Hope everyone else has a lovely weekend!

  5. Clenna your grandkids are so lucky to have you. Do you get to carve the pumpkins together?
I love this time of the year. I will report back on what I did this weekend. It will be in the high 70’s here, perfect fall weather. I have homework, but I will take some time for fun too.
