Happy last day of November! Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving. We’re still working on the leftovers – but that’s a good thing. 😉
This week’s giveaway is a very flirty pair of earrings that would be perfect for a holiday party or to add a touch of sparkle on New Year’s Eve!
For this design, I chose vintage Swarovski marquise-shaped crystal drops, which have a gorgeous textured design. Each drop is set with a glittering faceted crystal in a mouth-watering shade of Rose Pink. Swarovski Rose Aurora Borealis crystals dangle below. For pierced ears, the earrings have 14k gold filled, artisan–crafted, earwires with an elegant petal shape.

2nd chance- I don’t think that question will ever be answered. I think the chicken comes first because the egg has to be made around something.
The gift I gave with the most enthusiastic response was a wooden sign (for indoors) that had a scripture on it. I had it hanging in my home and a friend saw it and LOVED it because her daddy had used that verse at the beginning of each message when he was preaching (but he passed away). So I took the sign to her one evening and she cried and hugged me…and cried and hugged me again….it was sooo sweet. It made me want to give everything I own away as overflowing with joy I was!!!! 🙂
2nd question….I totally know the answer to this!!! :o)
I am a strong Christian and believe in Creation. So…the chicken must have been first…otherwise who would have tended to the newborn chick? 🙂
Just like Adam and Eve were created as adults and not babies…I believe the answer is the same for the chickens!!! 🙂
I am subscribed to your blog now as well! 🙂
Of All the gifts I have ever given, the one that received the most enthusiastic reaction was the year I made a afghan for my parents. I was working on that thing for over 2 years as they had a King Size Bed and it was worth the work just to see the look on their faces 🙂
I believe that the Chicken came first~as who would have taken care of the egg otherwise?!? 🙂
I now subscribe with Google Reader too!
1 Last year we gave my son a book that his grandma had and he loved her to read it over and over. When he opened it he was so happy and was showing us and wanted my husband to read it right away.
Of all the gifts I have ever given, the one that received the most enthusiastic reaction was a Wii game system.
The chicken came first so the egg could be cared for

The biggest reaction was when we gave my son all his gifts and we waited all day to give him his television it was just sitting upstairs in the attic. he happened to go up there to get something. The screams that came from the attic we though someone was hurt. I mean we waited all day for this and he finally walked up there. We didn’t even trick him to go up there all day. It was hilarious
Don’t you need a chicken in order to make an egg so wouldn’t the chicken come first. ahahah
I gave my son an mp3 player 2 years ago and he is still talking about it!
This is awesome! Thank you for the chance to win!
The Chicken came first of course!
Oh goodness, I don’t even know what gift received the most enthusiastic response. Hmm, probably when I got my husband his first sony palm pilot, which we don’t even use anymore 🙂
anything i give to my great Aunt Park, she just loves everything and anything you get her. i think she understands that sometimes we need to know that we made the right choice when we thought of a particular gift, so she makes sure we know by exclaiming over it.
chicken – i’m a Creationist 🙂
Thanks for the chance to win these, they are GORGEOUS and my favorite color!! The best gift “reaction” I got was when I gave my best friend my favorite piece of jewelry, a silver heart pendant. She was so touched by it, it was hard to give up but worth it because she’s such a wonderful friend!
I would say the chicken came first! That’s what religion tells me anyways, haha!
I subscribe to your blog
It would have to be the year I spent fighting crowds and waiting in line to buy my girls those little three wheel plastic bikes that all the kids wanted. But on Christmas morning my girls (ages 3 and 1 at the time) had no idea how to ride them, so their Dad put the oldest on hers, explained what to do and gave her a push down the hall. She let go of the handles, layed back flat and slid off the bike as it flew down the hall. Needless to say, neither of them would have anything to do with the hard earned presents. However, it wasn’t a total bust, they spent the entire day playing tirelessy in the large boxes they came in! I still have photos-of them in the boxes!!!!
Hmmmm, chicken or egg??? Tomato/tomaato potato/potaato. I flipped a coin and it came up heads- CHICKEN!!!!
I subscribed to your blog, I make jewelry myself, but nothing like this!
i think the best gift I ever gave was taking my whole family to see the nutcracker. People sometimes don’t realize that the best gift is spending time together. Not only is it a beautiful show, but we all hung out!
chicken came first. God put the animals on the earth first!
My daughter’s first iPod. She had been asking for one for a long time but we told her it was too expensive so she gave up. When she finally received it the screams of happiness could be heard through the walls and into the street.
