Welcome! đ
This weekâs giveaway is a whimsical pair of dangle earrings that I’m calling “Garden Party” because they remind me of the little lanterns you might string around your patio in the summer! Theyâd be the perfect earrings to wear to an outdoor event such as a cookout, a concert, or a . . . garden party! đ
They’re made with Vintage Moonglow Lucite Beads in a beautiful shade of girly-girl pink. The beads have a soft glow, which gives the impression they’re lit from within, as a lantern would be.
I’ve accented them with textured gold-plated bead caps and Swarovski Crystals in rose pink! The earwires are 14k gold filled.
Measurements: approximately 1-7/8″ long, including the 14k gold-filled earwires.

What is you favorite season and why do you like it best?
My answer would have to be autumn. I love the colors, the crisp cool air, and the fact that itâs âsweater weatherâ with no bulky coats needed!
What makes you nervous?
Heights!!! I canât look down if Iâm several stories off the ground.
When I was about 12 yrs old, I went on the ferris wheel with a couple of my friends (both of whom were 12-13 yr. old boys). The ride started and after a few times around, there was a mechanical problem and the ferris wheel stopped at the moment our seat was at the very top. We were stuck there at the top for several minutes. The boys were delighted and decided to wildly rock our seat back and forth. Those seats are not very enclosed and I was absolutely terrified that we would fall out with the vigorous swaying that the guys were causing. When the ride was rotating normally, I hadnât noticed how far from the ground we were, but from a stationery position at the very top, it seemed as if we were miles high. Talk about white knuckles – I held onto that skinny little metal bar as tightly as I could!
Eventually, we were rescued, much to the boys disappointment and my relief! Ever since that day, Iâve been nervous about heights.
I love autumn! It’s the perfect weather for some of my favorite outfits- skirts and knee-high boots, sweaters (as a knitter, I have to love these!), etc. I also love that the weather isn’t the way too hot of the summer or the freezing cold of the winter.
Lots of things make me nervous, but I’d have to say that travel is one of the worst. I’ve gotten lost, lost luggage, missed flights and buses, and been late places way too many times
Crissy, the earrings are Beautiful. Love them.
SUMMER!!! SUMMER!!! AND MORE SUMMER!!
Can’t get enough of it. I love the hot weather. I love to be outside working in the flowers, watching the birds and just generally enjoying EVERYTHING about SUMMER.
I need to live somewhere that has longer summers.
My favorite season is Spring because everything is turning green, the rain washes away the uglies of snow and dirt, and flowers are starting to bloom. The air smells so good.
I get nervous when I feel lost or I’m missing someone.

Well, Crissy. There is nervous and there is NERVOUS.
Nervous is when I can’t find something I am looking for. No, not frustrated, nervous. That gut wretching feeling that is so unsettling.
But then there is NERVOUS.
Like when you don’t have enough money for the property tax bill.
Like when the sky gets black and huge winds blow trees sideways and you hope it passes with no damage.
Like when one of the kids falls and hits his head and you hope that all is well, even when he says it is.
Stuff like that makes me NERVOUS.
My favorite season is spring. I don’t like being cold and I don’t like being hot. Spring weather is perfect. The birds singing, the squirrels running around and the flowers starting to bloom. Nothing else like it.
What makes me nervous is having my picture taken. I just don’t like it.

My favorite season is spring because it feels good to see green after a long winter. It’s refreshing to see a color other than gray.
It makes me nervous to think about the fact that we’ll have to drive 10 hours with a 15 month old to go on vacation in a couple of weeks!

Fall/Autumn is my favorite season! The cool, crisp air, bonfires, s’mores,
the lovely fall foliage and sweaters are a few of the reasons that I enjoy the fall time of year. Thanks, Cindi
Unfortunately; I suffer from an anxiety disorder, so there are many things that can make me nervous. One thing that does make me extremely nervous are severe thunderstorms/tornadoes! Thanks, Cindi

Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the break from the heat and pulling out all of the cool weather clothes. My birthday is in October, so that probably has something to do with it. Thanks for the chance to win!
I love Fall….September always means “new beginnings” to me as the kids were always off to school then and starting anew.
My favorite season is autumn, because the weather is just perfect. It’s not too hot and not too cold, and the leaves have gorgeously rich colors. It’s a great bike-riding season, as well!
People that I’ve met for the first time saying my name makes me nervous. I don’t know why, but I just don’t have a knack for strangers…
I love summer. Swimming, boating and barbecues! Now that’s fun!
Fall is my favorite season. I like it because I love the cooler weather after the summer. The air smells so good and I love the turning of the leaves.
My 26 year old son who lives with me makes me nervous lol, especially when he blasts the Wii games and I can hear them booming all over the house.

I love fall because it is so relaxing.
I love both spring and autumn, as they are a transition from cold and hot, or vice versa and I love being in that kind of weather.. “)
I get nervous when I do something wrong, like spilling my coffee, burnt up the cake in the oven, break something… especially when there’s a chance someone will be really angry!!
