Today I’ve reached a bit of a milestone. This is my 100th post! 🙂
It’s fun that it just happened to fall on a Monday – the day I post my new weekly giveaway. Seems a good way to celebrate!
Speaking of fun, a very bright young lady named Aik recently asked if she could “interview” me for her blog. I was delighted to accept and I really enjoyed answering her thoughtful questions. If you’d like to see the interview, drop by Aik’s blog!
Now on to this week’s giveaway:
These earrings are so sweet. The photo doesn’t capture how pretty they are in person!
I’ve used beautiful and intricate polymer clay floral beads, which were created by the very talented Cheryl Harris.
The polymer clay beads are embellished with gorgeous 3-dimensional flowers and leaves in fabulous shades of plum purple, rose pink, and lavender!
For accents, I’ve added sparkling Swarovski amethyst aurora borealis crystal beads; and all metal components and findings are sterling silver!
Measurements: 1-5/8″ long (including the sterling silver earwires).

My little grandchildren make me laugh. Like the old saying goes, If I’d known grandchildren would be so much fun, I would have had them first!
When I was 10 I didn’t have a phone in my room, let alone a cell phone attached to my body at all times and talking and texting!
The TV show “The Office” makes me laugh out loud!
Thanks!
Wow…I feel like so much has changed since I was 10. I would say that 10 year old kids today are already computer literate.
I commented on your Passion for Purple post.
Thanks!
When I was 10, we knew how to entertain ourselfs without computers, PS3 and such. We had a lot more social skills.
My husband can make me laugh, like no other. Well, there is Robin Williams.

Utensil Drawer or Bottomless Pit?
It just screamed out at me, lol
“Friends” makes me laugh. Every time I watch it and I pretty much know all the words after all these years.
I had no clue on cell phones or text messaging. Remeber seing the first ones on like “Miami Vice” and those 80’s shows. They were ginormous.

Passion for Purple
It’s my favorite color too, in any shade.
What makes me laugh: A beautiful puppy or kitten playing on a nice sunny day!
Thanks!
Being a 10-year-old today differs from when I was a 10-year-old is that they know so much more about computers than we did!!
Thanks!
I commented on your “Circle of Life” comment post.
I enjoyed reading it, thanks!!
My baby Beverly makes me laugh. Just seeing her lying asleep in her crib makes me smile. She is my 10th baby (7 living children) and I am thankful EVERY day for the privilege.
I think 10 year olds today lack a lot of life skills that we were taught by our parents. Parents now think they are only obligated until the kid starts school and then the school will teach them everything they need to know, which is stupid.
I have a 10 yr. old that I homeschool, and she can cook, do laundry, and plan a menu. Her friend next door can barely even dress herself.
My little brother makes me laugh…even if it’s not funny, if he’s laughing you just can’t not laugh!
I think 10 year olds today are seriously deprived of imagination…they have so many movies and games and advertisements and outside influences to “think” for them, I don’t think half of them would know what to do with themselves if the power went out for a day! When I was 10, my brother and I played “archaeologists” for pete’s sake!
My sweet little 2 year old son makes me laugh….he is just starting to talk up a storm and the things that come out of his mouth are TOO funny 🙂
