Greetings! Thanks so much for stopping by and welcome to my weekly giveaway. Can you believe we are halfway through September already? I have to keep reminding myself to take a little time to enjoy this change of the seasons. Things can get so busy and before you know it, the days have flown by and you’ve missed some of the beauty and serenity that is autumn. It’s important to stop and smell the roses . . . ummm, I guess I mean the chrysanthemums! 😉
This week I have another beautiful polymer clay pendant by Cheryl Harris to inspire your creative spirit!
If you believe that jewelry can be wearable art, then you will love the work of Cheryl Harris. The girl definitely has a “way with clay”! Each of her pieces is truly a little masterpiece. 🙂
This round, 3-dimensional pendant features a bouquet of flowers and leaves in pink, lavender, lt. brown, and taupe. The pendant is pierced from side to side. The accent beads shown are included. Add your own touches and create something wonderful!
Whether you add beads to make a colorful necklace, or you simply string the pendant all by itself on a purchased piece of leather or silk cord, the compliments will be rolling in!
Material: Polymer Clay
Measurements: Approximately 35 mm

Beautiful necklace! The first movie I remember was Bambi. I remember I felt very sad!
My dishes are Fiesta. I have about 12 colors so we never know what color we will be using so it is never boring and I do like them!
I don’t remember my first movie experience, but somehow Chitty Chitty Bang Bang rings a bell, but I’m not positive.
I switch out my dishes for different seasons. I just put away my rose dishes…I bought them at walmart a couple years back and painted my kitchen around those colors…beautiful fit. Right now, I’m using a partial set I picked up at a garage sale; some Katie Wrinkle dishes designed in the 50-s I think. They are off white, with olive green and a spice orange geometric design. Love them too.
I am not sure if it was my very first but i know i saw ET in the theater with my mom.She was pregnant and during the movie was the first time she felt my brother”kick” Awww..he is 24 now!
All of our dishes are mismatched!! How funny is that? Mostly plain, even though there is a all black one that is my BF’s favorite. I think some were his moms and some were given to me from my mom. Our glasses are all different too. The whole set of Coca Cola glasses is now a set of one.Our Great Lakes Brewery Christmas Ale and Arrogant Bastard(beer) glasses are BF’s favorite.haha;)
The first movie I clearly remember seeing in a theatre was the Wizard of Oz, one of my all-time favourite childhood movies. Obviously the movie came out way before my time, but they were rerunning it during a ‘classic films’ event. It was wonderful- nothing like seeing it on the big screen.
My dishes are white with a blue pattern- the pattern is too cute, it has illustrations of farms, animals and little people.. and the edges are covered with little hearts and flowers. They’re special to me because my favourite aunt has exactly the same set.
PS. I’d love to see a blog post on the fashions/accessories/jewelry of the 1920s!! Fascinating era
I don’t remember my first movie I saw in the movies. I cannot ask my mom she passed away but I remember her years ago saying to me I can’t believe you don’t remember me taking you every week to see the disney movies when you were a couple of years old and then out to lunch.
My dishes are beige with a green trim, they are ok.
Future question…this is about you personally, not in general. Do you think people base you as a person on your looks or your personality?
Gorgeous pendant!
The first movie I remember seeing in the theater was The Neverending Story. I went with my niece (same age as I am) who was and still is my best friend.
My dishes are a bright orange-yellow and make every meal cheery.
I have a mixture of dishes – plain white, some old china that was given to me by a friend, and a couple of pottery plates that I got though freecycle – a weird assortment, for sure!
