Wordless Wednesday

Not quite finished . . . the bracelet needs a clasp. πŸ˜‰
This jewel-tones color combo (deep fuchsia, olivine green, and gold) reminds me of stained glass windows!

It’s hard to find the time, but I really enjoy bead weaving. This set is done in “Right Angle Weave”. Usually I concentrate on earrings because they’re quick to complete, but I was anxious to make a bracelet for a change.

Sometimes, you just have to MAKE time!

P.S. Hey! No giggling about the fact that I’m not too good at this “wordless” stuff! πŸ˜‰

  1. Whenever I see this color combo I absoluely love it. But I would never select it when making something for myself. I wonder why? Your bracelet and earrings are really pretty. I bet they really sparkle in person. Its really a color combo for any season, isn’t it.

    Happy day!!

  2. I love the color combination and weaving is incredible. I’m always amazed at the talents and creativity of crafters. I’m mostly thumbs but I can do some easy kids crafts. I’m baking cookies today, it helps get me in the Christmas mood. Have a great Wednesday everyone. I don’t get the wordless thing either.

  3. Thanks so much everyone! πŸ™‚

Green is not a color I am immediately attracted to in clothing, for example, but I was amazed at how it set off the fuchsia in this design!

Good idea, Donna! I hope I can find a cosmic ring in fuchsia.

  4. Very pretty set, I’m not much of a green person with clothing either, but I think the colours go great together! And I think it would be a great set to wear with a little black dress or even a pair of jeans and a solid shirt.

  5. Crystal, as always this is just stunning! You make the prettiest things!!! I love the colors you used in this piece too. It’s perfect! xoxoxo πŸ˜€
