A baseball cap or sun hat or warm hat here on "the farm" but when going to town, pull out all the stops and don a fun or crazy or beautiful hat. Perhaps not as much ornamentation as the one shown, but often at least a flower, or tassel, or leaves...... you get the picture? :D Thanks for sharing this beauty from yesteryear.
