Love, love, love butternut squash. This year I was given a wonderful recipe for butternut squash soup and it is now one of my favorite recipes. I made a triple batch and froze most of it to enjoy all winter long. Thanks for the chance to win the beautiful earrings!

Butternut squash is hit or miss for me. I had a GREAT casserole of them at Thanksgiving this year that I loved. Other times, it’s just too sweet and dense.
